Your choice
You can choose Accept all, Reject optional or Settings on our cookie banner. Necessary cookies remain enabled. Maps and reviews are optional and stay blocked until you allow them. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings button at the bottom of the page. Rejecting optional services does not prevent you reading our practice information or using our telephone, email or booking links.
Necessary cookies
We use Complianz to remember your privacy choices. Its cookies use names beginning cmplz_ and record your category choices, consented services, policy version and whether you have dismissed the banner. Our consent settings are configured to remember your choice for up to 365 days. You may be asked again sooner if you clear your browser data or our setup changes. Security and form functions may also require essential technical storage.
Optional maps and reviews
- Google Maps displays our location. When enabled, Google receives technical information about your visit and may use cookies or similar storage. Read Google’s privacy policy and cookie information.
- PatientConnections displays patient feedback. When enabled, your browser connects to PatientConnections and its provider may use cookies or similar technologies. Read its privacy policy and cookie policy.
- Trustindex displays Google reviews. Its supplier states that the review widget does not use cookies. Loading it still connects your browser to external servers for review content, images and other assets, so we place it behind the same optional choice. Read the Trustindex privacy policy.
These services are grouped as Maps and reviews in Settings. The exact cookies or storage used by external providers can vary with your browser, existing provider sign-in and choices. Their own websites and policies apply when you follow their links.
Fonts, forms and external links
The main website fonts are hosted on our own server. Following a booking, registration, payment or WhatsApp link takes you to an external service with its own privacy arrangements.
Changing or removing cookies
Use Cookie settings to withdraw permission for future optional content loading. This cannot undo information already sent while permission was active. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings, including cookies previously set by external services.
